Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read the policy below carefully.

 

1. General Return Conditions

 

• Return Period: We accept returns of the Airflow Styler in its original, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: All original contents (including the Airflow Styler, 6 attachments, Gift Box, Free Diffuser, and Brush Set) must be returned in the original packaging. Products that show visible signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. How to Process a Return

 

1. Request: Contact us  to initiate a return and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

2. Shipping: Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the return package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages, so please use a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7business days.

 

3. Exchanges

 

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
